Coaching of performance
This type of coaching is realized in order to achieve qualitative and/or quantitative results in a predefined field. The coach’s systemic approach integrates the person’s endogenous factors as well as the function’s exogenous factors. This approach consists of gathering all the resources and thus to enable the achievement of predefined and measurable goals while guaranteeing the functional autonomy.
