Certain problems may lead to conflicts between people and/or groups. In this context, the mediation enables to circumscribe and cure a moral conflict. This fits in the employer’s legal obligations to guarantee the integrity and health of his employees. It also aims at the organizational restoring through the suppression of post-break functional interferences and the reactivation of group dynamics.
Our approach implies a contribution of matricial solutions and an analysis on multiple aspects (legal, organizational, functional, cultural, historical and human). The mediation allows thus to indentify and to analyze those critical factors that facilitate this type of problems and to provide corrective measures as well as preventive solutions.
