Executive search – Board of directors
The purpose of this approach is to provide excellence within Boards of directors by recruiting new members, capable of bringing real complementarities in terms of competences and personal values, for both the company and its public target.
As a preliminary, we analyse the company and its market, as well as the values and the sum of competences available in the existing Board of directors. After that we design a specific profile (competences, personality, professional life, relational aspects) enabling to reinforce the team and to face new challenges.
Then we initialize the search using all the vectors that favour getting in contact with the personalities liable to meet the predefined expectations.
After the preselection, we provide a detailed report composed of analysis and recommendations, allowing the client to proceed to the final selection in a relevant manner.
