Professional portfolio
Professional portfolio is often developed in a career advancement context and it is generally initialized by the HR department or by the employee. It is an analysis of professional and personal competence and it endeavours to consolidate the area of competence or its periphery.
Thus, we proceed to the identification and the validation of potentialities within the company. We also analyse the coherence of values between the individual, the function, the company and its subsystems.
In this specific approch, the assessor defines both the process and the exploratory tools. He also settles the strategic orientation.
As a preliminary, a three-way contract is established between the employer, the beneficiary and the provider of the service. This is in order to ensure the informations’ confidentiality as well as right use of the results (cf. CO and LPD).
