Coaching of competence
This approach is relevant in the framework of both the acquisition and the activation of knowledge. It is comparable to individual training in a predefined field and its purpose is to optimize the use of competences. In this framework, we aim to adapt the transmission of knowledge to the individual’s functioning, which enables to appropriate knowledge in a relatively short period of time.
The measures do not evaluate the acquisition of knowledge, but its application within the context of the individual’s professional function.
The fields we develop are management, communication, mediation and human resources.
